MEGA SCRUB Guidelines 
SCRUB Site Hours of Operation: 7 AM to 1 PM
User Requirements
Residents of Des Moines only. Proof of residency is required: photo ID or current utility bill.
No commercial haulers. Commercial haulers MUST use landfill.
Vehicle Requirements
Cars, pickups and small trailers are preferred.
Large trailers MUST be sponsored by neighborhoods.
Unloading Procedures
Ask where to unload.
Plan to unload your own vehicle within 15 minutes (assistance is provided to elderly and disabled).
Place all items in dumpsters or compactors as directed.
Clean up your own mess.
Items of Interest
Scavenging/salvaging is NOT permitted at anytime.

Metro Waste Authority Transfer Station, 4198 Delaware Ave.
Directions: Enter from E. 14th St. to NE Broadway Ave. Turn east on Broadway Ave. to Delaware Ave. Turn south on Delaware Ave. & follow to MWA Transfer Station.

Directions: From I-235, go south on SE 14th St. to Harriett Street. Turn west on Harriett St. and follow back to MWA Compost Site.
